This position – Program Monitor – (Document Imaging Quality Analyst) will provide production, UAT and other support functions for all document imaging computer system changes This position will be responsible for troubleshooting all document imaging computer system related Help Desk tickets.
This position is open to current permanent Department of Children and Family Services employees Only. Also, it may be filled as a detail and promoted within 12 months.
