Chapter Meetings
When: 12:00-1:00 CST, the first Wednesday of every other month
Meeting dates and times may occasionally vary due to inclement weather, holidays, or board meetings.
Where: Hybrid/in-person. Meetings are typically held at DOTD HQ (1201 Capitol Access Road) in Room 102-C.
If our meeting location changes, you will be notified via email.
Attending for the first time? Email us three days before the meeting at the latest. This is so a board member can show you to the room.
Members receive emails with monthly meeting announcements, which include a Zoom link for online attendance. If you are a member and aren’t on our email list, reach out to the chapter secretary at [email protected].
